WOW. I’m a terrible want-to-be blogger… I think it’s pretty clear when our summer picked up, because I haven’t made much time for consistent posting since May!
Honestly, I’ve been experimenting with more content on Instagram; I’ve been consumed by an insecurity about my blog posts and whether or not these collages are well-received (if they are, drop me a comment below!!!); and we’ve been traveling a lot this summer!
Our big trip was to see friends in Europe— a whirlwind 11 days in Paris,France; Kaiserslautern, Germany; and Lake Garda, Italy. It was absolutely magical, and I didn’t take nearly enough pictures, eat enough croissants, or drink enough red wine (at least, not as much as I probably could have)! It was the perfect trip in every way imaginable.
One of our favorite things to do in Paris was sit at a café around 10AM and play “Tourist or Local.” It’s harder than you think!
After watching so many fashionable ladies go by, I had to try my hand at styling some of the major trends I saw in Paris!
I loved being in a city that was so uniquely itself— kind of like how different parts of NYC are so… truly themselves. Think the poshness of the Upper East Side or Brooklyn cool girls.
This isn’t my most in-depth post— maybe I’ll do one that’s more… analytical… about Parisian style, but for now, I just wanted you to see my takes on the trends I saw in Paris!
